Rolando received his degree in Communication Design from Vancouver's Emily Carr University and has worked in the design field since 1994. His professional titles have included Conceptual Designer (video games), Associate Art Director (character & costume design), and most recently Creative Director (experiential design). He currently leads a team of designers at his Las Vegas boutique studio, where his unique creations have been enjoyed by a variety of celebrity and Fortune 100 clients in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Bahamas, & Singapore. With a hands-on approach, Rolando shares his time between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and is a regular speaker at the IMEX America Future Leaders Forum.
